Reed & heddle hook, red plastic

This little red plastic hook is specially designed by the Texsolv company not only to sley your reed, but also to fit beautifully inside the eyes of their heddles. Although we prefer to teach threading our heddles by hand without using a hook (for comfort, efficiency and speed), there are some hands and/or situations for which using a hook to thread heddles can certainly be preferable, in which case this little red hook is an excellent choice.
